Thanks to our generous donors, Blair in Kenya sponsors over 300 Kenyan children for their educational needs, including tuition, school uniform, shoes, books, and other school supplies, plus providing a nutritious lunch every day during the school year.  Without our support, these students would not be able to attend school, which we feel is a basic human right. Kenyan schools do not provide lunch and the students are sent home during this time, although for these children, there is no food at home either.  

We have selected students who both wouldn't otherwise be able to go to school but also those that we think can take advantage of this opportunity. Report cards are monitored and the families must agree to support their child to make sure that they take advantage of this opportunity.  The goal is to create future leaders in the community so that our support is no longer needed.
